I heard there was going to be a virus going around Windows XP computers and I heard it on the news. I thought it was just a joke or something but then this morning something was wrong with my computer! Can any of you tell me how to get rid of it?!?!!? Thanks!

I have a used 2000 Infinit G20 with only 1 cigarette lighter socket. Every adapter I have plugged in (for ipod, cell phone chargers etc) has never worked in this car. I have tried with the car on and off. With the car in drive and with the car in park. I assume that shouldn’t matter, but I’ve tried everything like that just to be sure.
Is this an electrical problem with the car? Is there some obvious solution that I’m too stupid to notice? I don’t trust myself to do any of my own maintenance on this car, so if this something that does need to be checked out, what kind of place (dealer, mechanic, chain auto store) do you recommend? Thanks!!!

I have 3 outlets in a room with 2 extension cords plugged into 2 of the 3 outlets. All the extension cords have laptops/routers/printers/small lights plugged into them… How do I determine what the capacity of an extension cord is ?
